
Jobin Maghdoori
Jobin specialises in trademark and design strategy, filing, and prosecution. He advises across various industries on the protection, management, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with a strong focus on effective filing strategies in both domestic and international markets.
He holds an LL.B. in Law from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law in Melbourne. He was admitted as a solicitor in Australia in 2015.
Before joining AWA in 2021, Jobin gained extensive experience as a solicitor at a Melbourne law firm and later at a Maltese IP firm, advising clients on a range of trademark and design matters.
He also contributed to the project management and development of an IP management system for a separate firm in Malta, further broadening his understanding of legal technology and process optimisation within IP practice.
