Hayden Miller

Hayden has experience with patent searching, prosecution and drafting before the European Patent Office and the UK Intellectual Property Office. He works with a broad range of clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations, across a wide scope of different technology areas. He has worked with a small start-up in the field of logistics drafting patent applications and assisted with prosecuting an extensive portfolio of applications for one of the largest car manufacturers.

Hayden specialised in computational physics during his master’s studies. He is interested in computer-implemented inventions on the edge of patentability, having worked with a number of clients in the field of software and computer programs.
