Top 250 Women in IP: Ai-Leen Lim, Anette Rasmussen and Inga-Lill Andersson listed
Managing Intellectual Property’s (MIP) has selected Ai-Leen Lim, Anette Rasmussen and Inga-Lill Andersson as three of the world’s Top 250 women in IP in their 2018 rankings.
Whereas Ai-Leen Lim was listed for the third consecutive year, Anette Rasmussen and Inga-Lill make new additions to well-renowned list.
Ai-Leen was listed for China together with another seven female practitioners representing other firms; Anette was selected alongside another two women attorneys for Denmark and Inga-Lill shared her ranking for Sweden with one other industry peer.

MIP’s Top 250 Women in IP covers 80 jurisdictions including the key markets for IP protection, exploitation and enforcement. It recognises female practitioners in private practice who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year. Some of them were also involved in IP advocacy and/or corporate social responsibility initiatives in their jurisdictions.
The list is published on an annual basis and is a result of rigorous and impartial industry research over a six-month period by a team of international researchers based in London, New York and Hong Kong. Data is obtained from law firms, IP agencies and in-house counsel through surveys and interviews. Inclusion is based solely on merit and recommendation by peers and clients.
