Susanne is part of the Renewal team focusing on digital marketing and sales activities for Aftermarket Services. Susanne has been working with IP since 1990 and has had the opportunity to explore several areas of IP business, she is particularly experienced in the maintenance of patent portfolios.From 2018, Susanne has mainly focused on marketing and sales and participates in various digital marketing materials. In addition to supporting renewal-related tasks across teams, Susanne is also involved in the development and marketing of the digital renewal tool AWA Client Portal.
