Therése Daftner works as HR Business Partner at AWA. Her focus is advising and coaching AWA´s leaders and employees in all HR areas; with the goal of adding value to our culture and processes concerning people and the workplace. Therése holds a B.A. in Social Science; Human Resource Management from Lund University and has more than 10 years’ experience of HR.
