Christian Winblad has been employed at AWA since 2007. He specializes in patent related issues and works for a number of multinational companies within the field of mechanics and physics. The work is focused on questions relating to patent strategy and other patent issues, such as pre-studies, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, evaluation of patents, IP budget work, novelty searches, freedom-to-operate analysis, infringements and validity issues. He has been working as an in-house patent coordinator for a multinational client company in Lund.
